A subscription covers the response plans you name on the order form, for as many users as the response requires. Drills and exercises are always included. Every tier below covers all three products — TEMS, TJIC, and RegPlanner.

Break / Fix

Something is wrong with the software and it needs to be fixed. Incident or not, business hours or 0300, this is covered by your subscription and always will be. You should never think about cost before telling us something is broken.

Dedicated Incident Support

A named person assigned to your incident — in your calls, in your operational period, building products alongside your planning section. Your first activation each year is included in the subscription. On-site support is arranged separately as a consulting engagement.
